We talk, at whatever pace suits your family: about the person, what remains of them, and what you are hoping to hold on to. If it is right, we begin. An hour recorded with someone still here, or a gentle gathering of the recordings, photographs and letters of someone who has gone. You will know exactly what we are making before we make it.
No. Never. The recorded hour is your family's, and there is nobody else in the room. The questions come up on the screen, one at a time, and they follow what has already been said. The only conversation you have with us is this one, about whether to begin at all.
This is not priced like an app, because it is not built like one. There is a real price, and the team will name it on this call, along with whether we can do this at all: some families have too little left of a voice to make one that is really theirs, and we would rather say so than take your money. When we agree to begin, your family gets one plain invoice: no subscription to babysit, no countdown, no checkout button, and no surprises.
Because a person makes every voice, by hand, and listens to all of it before it ever reaches you. That is a real limit and it is the only one we have. There is no waiting-list theatre here, and no countdown: if we cannot take your family this month, we will say so, on this same call.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. A true voice needs about thirty minutes of clean speech, and most people who are already gone left less than that. We tell you where you stand at the start, before any money changes hands. Every question, answered plainly.
